Delivery
UK-wide delivery
We value fairness, so we usually offer shipping based on the item’s size and your location. We don’t charge you the full shipping cost. Delivery prices are calculated at checkout and displayed during the process.
The final delivery cost is shown at checkout and depends on your location and the item’s weight. We reserve the right to quote on remote orders even after they’re placed. Please contact us if you have any questions.
International Delivery
Please be informed that for international deliveries, Minar is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be imposed upon the shipment upon reaching your destination country, which you will be responsible for paying. These customs charges can also result in delays.
Estimated Timing
We’re committed to delivering your items as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on the items you order and your location. Please be aware of the following information:
- When placing your order with us, please note that the product availability timing is mentioned on the product page of the item. If you’ve ordered multiple items, we’ll dispatch them when all items are available.
- We’ll keep you updated throughout the ordering and shipping process. An email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched, providing information on the delivery process.
- We rely on a range of reputable delivery services to ensure your items arrive safely and quickly. While this may result in a slightly longer delivery time, we believe it’s worth the wait to deliver your forever piece in excellent condition.
- If you have a critical delivery date, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to meet your specific timing requirements.
Product Availability
Product availability and estimated production times are clearly outlined on each product page. Please note that these are best estimates and may change at any time. We will keep you informed about your order, but we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays.
Delivery Partners
We employ a diverse range of couriers and specialised delivery services that are well-versed in handling fragile and heavy items. The choice of service depends on your location and the nature of the items you’ve ordered. Our team thoroughly discusses each order to ensure we select the appropriate service for your specific requirements and guarantee that your items arrive in pristine condition.
Insurance
To ensure product safety during transit, all our products are carefully packaged. If your order is damaged during shipping, kindly photograph both the inside and outside of the box, preserving all contents and packaging for insurance purposes. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of the package’s arrival for detailed instructions. However, please refrain from using the item.
It’s important to note that Minar is not liable for any delays in shipping, damages incurred during transit, packages not being delivered, or incorrect delivery addresses or international customs issues.
Shipping charges in case of missed delivery
If our courier has attempted to deliver your order, and it hasn’t been collected from the local courier depot within 18 days, we’ll send the items back to you. If this happens, you’ll need to pay the shipping fee again to have your order shipped to your original delivery address
Returns
Returns for change of mind
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Minar products. However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 7-day returns policy on all our products.
If you decide to return an item after placing your order, please ensure that we are informed within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
If the item(s) you purchased are faulty, but you no longer have the original packaging, you can still submit a return claim. However, if the original packaging is damaged or no longer suitable for protecting the product once shipped, we kindly request that you arrange for the product(s) to be safely and securely wrapped before returning them to us.
Processing a refund
After your return is approved, Minar will issue a refund, minus the delivery charges for returning the product(s), within 7-10 days of receiving the unopened returned product(s).
Shipping charges in case of return
You have 7 days from the delivery date to return your item(s). If you simply decide you no longer want the product, you’ll receive a refund, minus the shipping costs. Shipping costs vary depending on the item, supplier, and your location.
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, contact us at Minar.orders@gmail.com. We may request photos to support your claim. If the claim is accepted, we’ll arrange a replacement, a store credit, or a refund for the item(s), and cover the associated shipping costs.
Reporting Damages
Please follow the instructions below to report damage for your order that has arrived.
- All deliveries must be checked by the customer on receipt of accepting goods from courier - this is imperative as in the event of any damages being found then these must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email with showing the damage.
- No responsibility for damaged product, shortages or incorrect products can be accepted after 48 hours / two working days (Mon - Fri) of receipt of goods.
- Any claim as to shortages or condition of Goods on delivery which would not be apparent on visual inspection must be communicated within 48 hours. Subject to this condition, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the Goods upon delivery as having been supplied in good condition, and in accordance with the order.
- Report by email to minar.orders@gmail.com with photos showing the damage and how it was delivered.
- The company will not under any circumstances entertain any financial demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery.
